Mobile processing
There are several reasons Keestrack focusses on the niche market of track mobile crushing and screening and stays away from static plants.
In recycling, quarrying and mining and aggregates production Keestrack provides a wide product range of track mobile crushers and screeners to provide a solution for each application.
Logistics costs
As logistics costs play a growing important role in business it is cheaper to bring the equipment to the job site, instead of bringing the material to be processed to static equipment. Each Keestrack machine is designed for easy loading and quick set-up.
Permits and clearances
Getting permits and licenses, for example an environmental clearance for a static plant is getting more difficult compared to decades ago. On top of this, permits are often restricted in time, making it very uncertain to invest in a static plant
Production capacity and cost per produced ton
Although static plants can have a higher production capacity compared to mobile plants, these differences are reducing due to bigger and more efficient mobile plants.
When calculating all costs, and looking at the costs per produced ton, mobile crushing and screening solutions are mostly the most economical solution.
